Shree Dandekar - Academic Scholar

Academia has always been a passion of Shree Dandekar’s, ever since he was a young man. Anyone who spends time with him knows his devotion, especially considering his three Master’s degrees. He has a scholarly mind that allows him to focus and maintain motivation when challenged.

Right out of college, Shree Dandekar pursued his first Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. It was there that he worked as a Data Structures and Programming Languages Instructor and realized the usefulness in earning a Master’s in Computer Sciences. Just a hop, skip, and a jump from there, in San Marcos, Texas, Shree Dandekar earned his Master’s in Computer Sciences only a few years later, in 2005, from Texas State University.

Given his success at such a highly regarded technology company, Shree Dandekar found it appropriate to earn his Executive M.B.A. from the University of Texas in 2011. Shree Dandekar is a perpetual student and has put every degree he has earned to great use, furthering his career to a point he had always strived for. Now, as the Present Director for Product Marketing and Strategy, Shree Dandekar uses his Executive M.B.A. skills to give presentations for customers’ businesses while also maintaining team members’ different functions. Shree Dandekar’s job allows him to live out his passion to explore the ends of technology and go further.

Shree Dandekar believes he acts as a teacher in some ways when he leads his team and this has given him more academic fulfillment than even being a student has. This way, he is able to watch the process unfold in his team member’s minds and can encourage them to drive their goals to the next stage as well. Shree Dandekar believes it is true that there is no other satisfaction quite like learning.
